Front Garden Lawn Replaced and Landscaped Selsdon Croydon
Our customer requested two landscaped front lawns which should have an edge to them for ease of mowing. We extended the lawn on the left hand side of garden facing the house by building a small retaining wall from the highest part of the garden to the lowest part of the garden.
We followed the gradient of the garden. The top of the bricks show as a mowing strip.
Easy to cut and edged. The right hand side of the garden facing the house I suggested building a small wall to ease the slope of the lawn.
We installed a brick mowing strip around the perimeter of the lawn. We re rotivated both areas and added fresh top soil to bring the levels higher and re compacted. Next, we re-levelled and turfed both areas.
This would make both lawns easier to manage. The customers are very happy with the outcome.
