A repeat customer based in Penge SE20 contacted me to say that her fence had blown down due to the severe storm. I arranged a site visit and I could see the job was urgent as it had fallen into the neighbours garden. The customer accepted the estimate and I suggested removing the existing fence of 27 metres and removing the existing wall too as the wall was weak.

This way the fence would be more visible. The fence chosen was like the existing ,however, using concrete posts and gravel boards.

Once the fence was installed there were two different level on the neighbours side so levelled this following the gradient of the garden.

I finished this off with backrail and capping. The customer has a nice planting pocket between the fence and the patio where the old wall was. As seen on the photos there is a vast improvement and makes the garden look nicer.

The customer was very happy with the results and she was very grateful I worked on this as quickly as I did to rectify this unforeseen problem.
